Novelty 1 Bedroom
The one-bedroom apartments are distributed between the three blocks that make up the Novelty complex, an emblematic building on the Jaume I Promenade. It is located in the most popular holiday and residential area of Salou, overlooking the Llevant Beach.
Our apartments comprise a double bedroom (including bed linen) which opens onto the balcony-terrace. There is a full bathroom with towels included. The kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven and vitroceramic cooker, as well as cookware, crockery, iron and ironing board, tablecloth and serviettes. The lounge, which opens onto the balcony-terrace, includes a sofa bed for two persons, a dining table and a television. The balcony-terraces have different orientations and are furnished for your enjoyment.
A weekly linen change is included for stays of seven or more nights.
Pets are allowed under privious request at an extra cost of EUR 6 per pet per day, for the first 7 days of the stay.
The complex has a communal Wi-Fi network and a 24-hour concierge where you can leave your keys or hire sunbeds. There are open air swimming pools for adults and children in a private enclosure with a spacious sunbathing area and a lifeguard on duty during the summer season.
The reception for our guests is in the same complex in the Novelty II building at No. 11 Berlín Street, Premises 1. There you’ll be able to hire safety deposit boxes, cots, parking spaces, etc.
At the heart of the Costa Daurada, where you can enjoy everything the Mediterranean has to offer, including a huge range of activities both in Salou and the immediate area. Excursions by catamaran or into the heart of the countryside, cultural tours (Roman Tarragona, Modernist Reus, the Cistercian Monastery Route, the Wine Route, etc.). You can enjoy many different sports including golf, tennis, paddle tennis, squash, keep-fit, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.), not forgetting the water parks and PortAventura theme park. The concert seasons held in the different towns, both in the open air and in theatre-auditoriums, and the numerous festivals organised throughout the year add to the area’s leisure and cultural offer.
