The Sta. Eulalia Familias Building is a very familiar community of owners, located in the heart of Major street, on the corner of Ramón Berenguer IV street, next to Paseo Jaime I and Levante beach, in the area of holiday residence par excellence for those who enjoy Salou year after year.
Just 250 meters from the Light Source and Cliffs, where you can see the explosion of colors of the water, walk, sit and watch the incomparable sunsets. The location of Sta, Eulalia makes them find public transport, as well as markets, pharmacies, restaurants or any other type of service in its immediate vicinity within walking distance. You will also enjoy its swimming pool open during the summer season.
The apartment located on the third floor, without elevator, has a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a single bed: In your wardrobes you will find bedding, towels, tablecloth and napkins, Two bathrooms complete, kitchen equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. The living room has a television, sofa, dining table and window to the terrace as well as air conditioning. The terrace has furniture to enjoy both a meal, read a book, a coffee etc, in a spectacular setting.
A weekly linen change is included for any stay equal to or greater than seven nights. Being a family building we do not accept group stays for young people, such as bachelor parties, etc etc
Our reception is located, outside the premises, about 200 meters away at: Novelty II, C / Berlín, 11 Local 1. Where you can request rental of a parking space, safes, travel cots, etc.
