The Jaume I Apartments are located at the heart of the Jaume I Promenade, overlooking the Llevant Beach, just 200 metres from the Illuminated Fountain with its spectacle of light, colour and water and the picturesque Els Acantilats area. Stroll along the shores of the Mediterranean or sit and enjoy an incomparable sunset. The location of the building means that public transport, markets, pharmacies, restaurants and many other services are within a short walking distance.

You can enjoy the week of the Golden Nights festival that culminates on 15 August with a magnificent firework display on the seafront, one of the reasons Salou is known as the capital of the Costa Daurada.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building which has a lift. Fully refurbished, it has two bedrooms, a main bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the balcony-terrace; in its cupboards you’ll find bed linen, towels, a tablecloth and serviettes. The second bedroom has a truckle bed for two persons. The separate kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic cooker, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and an iron and ironing board. The lounge has a television, a canapé couch for two persons, a dining table and a large window opening onto the balcony-terrace with views of the promenade. It is furnished so you can enjoy a meal, read a book, have a coffee, etc. while enjoying the view.

Our reception is located just 50 metres away in the Novelty II Apartments at No. 11 Berlín Street, Premises 1. There you can hire parking spaces, travel cots, etc.

Salou and its surrounding area offer a wide variety of day- and night-time leisure activities. You can take a magnificent seaside walk from the Cap Salou lighthouse to the far end of Cambrils, skirting the whole of the Gulf of Sant Jordi. Enjoy spacious beaches of fine, golden sand or small quiet coves and or take a yacht or catamaran trip. Choose from a wide selection of Mediterranean gastronomy and the wines and cavas of the region. And let’s not forget the water parks and PortAventura theme park, just a fifteen-minute walk away.

The Costa Daurada offers us its magnificent culture: the Roman past from Tarraco to Roda de Berà, Modernist architecture in the birthplace of the incomparable Antoni Gaudí, the traditional castellsor human towers, the King James I Festival in Salou and a wide range of concert seasons and performances throughout the year.
