The Novelty II building has its entrance on Calle Berlín 11, with a large hall, from where you access the pool area (adults and children) and a solarium, as well as two elevators that give access to the six floors. The outdoor pools are located in a closed area, in the center of the complex. They have a lifeguard service and are operational during the summer period (15/06-15/09 ) .

The studio located on the first floor, completely renovated , has an area of ​​30 square meters distributed in a living room / bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace, where you can eat and enjoy with views of Calle Mayor.

The living room / bedroom has 2 single beds, a television and a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, dishes and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board. Also the apartment is equipped with bedding, towels, tablecloth and napkins.

The visitor will find all kinds of services within walking distance of the complex: public transport, leisure offer, market, health care and a long etc.
