Located on Carlos Riba Street, the Aragón Building is just 150 meters from the Jaime I Promenade, Levante Beach, and the statue of Jaime I, a central landmark of Salou, in a privileged, quiet, and central area of ​​our town.

The apartment's highlights include the terrace overlooking Plaça Catalunya, its spaciousness, and the renovated kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The building is located in a gated community on the third floor (no elevator). Outside, you'll find all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: public transportation, supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, shops, a church, a florist, and much more, all while enjoying the tranquility you seek during your relaxation time.

The guest reception is a short walk from the apartment. It is located at Calle Berlín, 11, Local 1 of the Novelty II Building. Guests can rent  travel cots, parking spaces, and more.

The apartment is furnished with bed linen, towels, a tablecloth, and napkins.

The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have bunk beds. Next to the bedroom area, you'll find a renovated bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The separate, renovated kitchen has all the comforts you need to feel at home. It includes a four-burner stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, as well as dishes and cookware. The spacious living-dining room, also with access to the terrace, is separate from the rest of the apartment, allowing you to enjoy it without disturbing other guests. It features a television and sofa.

Salou and its surroundings offer a wide variety of activities for both daytime and nighttime leisure. Enjoy walks along the coast, from the Cap Salou Lighthouse to beyond Cambrils, exploring the entire Gulf of Sant Jordi. Discover wide stretches of fine sand beaches or secluded coves. Take a sailing trip on a sailboat or catamaran. A wide selection of Mediterranean cuisine and the region's wines and cavas. And let's not forget the water parks and the PortAventura theme park, just a fifteen-minute walk away.

The Costa Daurada boasts a rich cultural scene: its Roman past, from Tarraco to Roda de Berà; Modernism in the birthplace of the incomparable Antoni Gaudí; the traditional human towers (Castells); the King James I Festival in Salou; and a packed calendar of concerts and shows throughout the year.
